Hi Philip

Please make sure that the below entries are maintained in the  saprouttab file  and also go through the note below:

Please maintain the following line in the SAProuttab:

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <ip address of the system that  you trying to open a connection>, 3200(Default port No. for gateway service)

The new saprouttab you can activate with the command 'saprouter -n' or  with restarting your SAProuter.

More informations about saprouttab you will find in the notes 48243 and 30289.

make sure  from your network team that port 3200 is opened , if it is opened please do a telnet test for the port to make that is open.

lastly maintain the  host details of the server that you trying to open the connection in the host file where SAP Router is running.

please let me know  the status after the entries.

Kind Regards,

Phaneendra Kakani
