For the errors in your screenshot, it is because DSO have the setting "SIDs Generation upon Activation" unchecked as default, so any characteristic which did not further update to any club will have SID missing.
I don't think selecting the correct the error option will do any harm, as it is only generate the missing SID, but the problem is this option may not available, at least I don't find it in our release.
(The most easiest way I found to regen missing SID is: Check the "SIDs Generation upon Activation" > Activate > and then uncheck to restore, kinda dirty tho...
)
As far as I know, this error will not cause any problem to data loading, what you find lead you to this conclusion?
