Hi Ajay,

Thank you for the prompt response, but This is BI platform 4.1 SP2 and per SAP PAM it is compatible with windows server 2012 R2.

Also all other BO boxes and DS boxes are also windows server 2012 R2 and all other applications are working without any issues..
