What ever the substitution you provided seems right for future purpose if VEENU doesn't mind about from which order the values flow, but here she insists that the values should only flow from particular X order which is statistical, otherwise I hope she could have solved the issue by periodic re-posting cycle itself.
Veenu and Big choi, Please correct me if I am wrong..

If it is one time correction job, you would have solved it by reposting CO line items from one cost center to the other after finding the line items against X statistical order.
But as you said it is going to be repetitive action, I am breaking my head to find work around, but in vain.
I am also expecting experts to answer this query.....
