different MSSQL Version at the same time

Hello experts,

I have a problem by adding a second Server to SAP B1.

Problem : the server use differnt MSSQL Version (MSSQL2008 and MSSQL2012).

I have two Server both with company database and on both I have added the SBO-COMMON database. One Server
is listed in the “choose Company” window. The other serve I cannot select in this window.

I have add the Server in the System Landscape Directory (SLD) and I also can see the corresponding company database of each Server in the
SLD. In the SLD looks all correct.

I think the Problem is that the Server use different MSSQL Server Version because on the “choose Company”
window I can only select one MSSQL Version.

  
Now my question:

  Can I use different MSSQL Server at the same time?

  How can I add an additional MSSQL Server Version?
