Hello SAP Gurus,
I have several handling units that I am assigning to a delivery. After assigning the handling units, the packaging material which is a pallet is added as a line item on the delivery. This is working as expected. The issue is the gross weight and the net weight are the same at the delivery header. The weight is factoring in the pallet in the gross AND net weight. I would have expected the gross weight to include the pallet, but I would have expected the pallet not to be part of the net weight.
If I go to the pallet line item and "zero" out the net weight of the pallet, then the weights are corrected. I do not want to do this manually every time. I also tried making the net weight of the pallet in the material master as zero, but this does not seem to impact the pallet weight on the delivery.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
