Dear Vinay,
Please try these steps:
- Login to CMC--> Promotion Management
- Click on Settings--> Manage Systems
- Select the old hostname entry and Remove it
- Add the new hostname by providing the necessary credentials
If the problem still occur then :
- Install the Telnet client on BOE server
- Click Start > Control panel > Programs and Features > Turn
Windows features on or off > Features > Add Features > Telnet
