Business Partner (BP) auto assignment to Auth Group

Hi Fellows

We created an custom Auth Group for BP (ZHCM). Wish is whenever HR Business Partner will created it should automatically assign to Auth Object. Any possiblilty via cusomization or via custom enhancement?

Currently we are not even able to identify which Functional Module Create the Employee BP. We tried to set break points on different spots but no success yet.

Any helpful answer will be appreicated.
