After transport from Development to Quality,do i need to go RSA5 to activate the data source? Or I can go rsa6 to see the records?
You can see/check at RSA6 only.
RSA5 - you can't do any thing at Qua/Prod.
IF LIS data source do i need to activate once again in LBWE or activation carried from development system?
if your lis data sources was moved to qua/prod then no need to activate and not allowed also.
transports are used to move all activate objects. after the successful of transport releases all object will be available active version. no need to do activations again at qua/prod.
for data load purpsoe, need to delete and fill setup tables at Qua/prod for first time/full load only.
